Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Zanshin website and any preview or evaluation version of Momentum Copilot.

Product status

Momentum Copilot is currently in development. Product descriptions, interfaces, recommendations, and availability may change. Access to a preview does not guarantee future commercial availability.

Decision support only

Momentum Copilot provides informational analytics and decision support. Recommendations are not financial, legal, accounting, or professional advertising advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing information and making all advertising and business decisions.

Authorized use

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You must comply with applicable laws, platform terms, and advertising policies. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use the service to harm others.

Third-party platforms

Momentum Copilot may interoperate with third-party platforms. Zanshin does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their availability, policies, or independent actions. TikTok is not affiliated with or responsible for Zanshin or Momentum Copilot.

Availability and liability

To the extent permitted by law, preview services are provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Zanshin is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on product recommendations or for indirect or consequential losses.
