Data deletion

You can revoke platform access and ask Zanshin to delete information associated with a Momentum Copilot connection.

1. 01

   Revoke platform access

   Use the connected TikTok account or Business Center controls to remove Momentum Copilot's authorization. Revocation prevents future access but may not automatically delete information previously received.

2. 02

   Send a deletion request

   Email connect@go-zanshin.com with the subject “Momentum Copilot data deletion request.” Include the email address used with Momentum and the relevant advertiser or business account ID. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or other secrets.

3. 03

   Verify and complete

   We may request limited information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. After verification, we will delete or de-identify covered information unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
